The Work Behind the Consulting

Landscape Design

For seventeen years we designed and built landscapes. That work is why the consulting holds up. It hasn't stopped — we just take fewer projects now, and we're particular about them.

Million-dollar estate installations, a 500-acre ranch compound, the Firefighter Memorial at the Texas State Capitol. The same hands that do the consulting do the design.

What we take on

A handful of projects a year, where design depth matters:

  • Estates and compounds — multi-property visions, outdoor living, site-wide master plans
  • Ranches and acreage — roads, water, structures, and land that has to work as hard as it looks
  • Commercial and institutional grounds — places people use daily, designed to be places they want to be

How it differs from hiring a landscape company

You get a designer who has also been the builder, the budget-holder, and the owner's representative. The design arrives feasible — priced against reality, sequenced to be buildable, and honest about what your site and budget can carry. No concept renderings that die in the bid phase.

The other door

If you already have a design from someone else, you may not need us to design — you need us to check it. That's the Design Feasibility Audit.
